DAY 1 - 5 NOVEMBER 2025 WITH MOHAMMAD SAMIR

• Location: Fatima’s Office,  Sheikh Zayed Road

• Crew Reporting Time: 5:00 PM

• Actual Arrival: 6:17 PM (Dubai peak traffic)

• Interviewee: Mohammad  Samir -AI Specialist

• Facilitated By: Fatima (contact & arrangement)

• Props: Black hoodie, mask, chess board

• Notes: Setup time required before interview; smooth first-day execution.

 

DAY 2 - 8 NOVEMBER 2025 WITH Mr. MICHITAKE YAMAMOTO AND PROF. ATIF RIAZ 

Morning Shoot

• Location: Abu Hail Office (Fatima’s Office)

• Reporting Time: 9:00 AM

• Shoot: Interview with Mr. MICHITAKE YAMAMOTO (Fatima’s boss) 

• Wrap: 1:00 PM

• Transport: Accessible by Metro

Afternoon Shoot

• Location: Al Ain (Professor's Flat)

• Transport: Driven by Ambrose

• Shoot: PROF. ATIF RIAZ  (Fatima’s Art Professor)

• Arrival: 3:00 PM

• Wrap: 5:00 PM

• Notes: Long day, heavy travel; Ambrose handled exhausting to-and-fro drive.

 

DAY 3  - INTERVIEW WITH DR. HALA GEORGES

• Location: University Campus (University of Wollongong Dubai)

• Crew Reporting Time: 12:00 PM 

• Shoot: PROF. and DR. Hala Georges

• Professor’s Availability: Short duration window

• Shoot Start: 2:00 PM

• Wrap: 2:45 PM

• Notes: Quick, efficient shoot.

 

DAY 4 - 21 NOVEMBER 2025

• Location: Fatima’s Apartment

• Shoot: Final scripted interview - "Our Very Own Catalyst" (Played by Alvin)

• Props & Setup: Black hoodie & mask, colored lights by Alvin, reflective surface for second camera angle (Fatima's Mirror), apartment rearranged fully to build cinematic setup

• Shoot Start: 6:30 PM

• Wrap: 10:45 PM

• Notes: Visually demanding shoot; thoughtful lighting & ambience creation.

 

DAY 5 - 22 NOVEMBER 2025

• Location: Fatima’s Apartment

• Shoot Theme: Parallel Storyline - Painting Sequence by Fatima

• Details: Director (Fatima) became painter for the shoot

• Hours spent achieving natural-looking results, handheld shots dominated, 

• Alvin captured all micro-details

• Shoot Start: 4:30 PM

• Wrap: 11:00 PM

• Notes: Time-taking as effects and details had to be worked on.

 

DAY 6 - 24 NOVEMBER 2025

• Shoot Type: B-roll Day

• Locations: University outdoor areas with students, Metro

• Details: Huzaifa acted as the Mask Man in multiple public and staged shots, additional B-roll shot until midnight

• Editing continued until late night - for the final submission in a few hours.
