Alongside the celebrations, and creating special moments - Thanks to Fatima for hosting!!!!! We had our shift in focus for the first assignment, the Roughcut Crew has been gathering momentum for the upcoming pitch. This is where we’ll lay out our roles and our storyline that we’re building together, trying to be completely raw and real.

While our initial priority was to finalize the interview questions and begin the mock tests, that part has been slightly delayed (chaos, as always). But we’re regrouping in a few days to dive into mood boards and visual references that will shape the tone of our presentation along with the story that we’re still discovering as we go.

While it’s not just about showcasing aesthetics here, it’s about anchoring our story in a feeling, in the fragments, in the raw honesty that defines Roughcut. The pitch is our first collective idea onboard and we’re ready to make it loud and imperfect.
